The Needing Opportunity to Win (N.O.W.) Project is to empower, elevate and educate youth with knowledge and confidence to be successful after high school.  The N.O.W. Project provides youth in grades 9 through 12 with both personal and professional development training that will build self-esteem while improving their academic and job readiness skills.  Services provided include:

*   Job search, placement and training 

*   Personal and Professional development training

*   Services include resume building, interview skills, financial literacy, and more.
