Dr. Fayola Delica – International Women’s Month

An Ordained Pastor, Nurse, Entrepreneur, Author, Speaker, & dedicated to Public Service

Today, we recognize Dr. Fayola Delica as our Woman of the Day for International Women’s History Month.

Dr. Fayola Delica is a native of South Florida. She is an Ordained Pastor, Nurse for over 15 years, Serial Entrepreneur, Award-winning International Speaker, International Best-selling Author (twice), #1 Best-selling Amazon Author (twice), Author of 8 published books, Talk Show Host, Educator, Youth Advocate, Beauty Queen, Poet, Community Leader, Business/Ministry/Pageant Consultant, Life/Speaker/Book Coach, and Political Strategist.  She is a Nursing Supervisor at a long-term care facility as well as an RN Independent Contractor. In addition, she is the Executive Director of the Haitian American Professionals Coalition (HAPC). Also, she is the Immediate Past Assistant Secretary for the Haitian American Nurses Association (HAN). Dr. Delica is a serial and social entrepreneur as she has for-profit companies and non-profit organizations in various industries.

In May 2019, Dr. Delica received an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Ministry and was ordained as a Pastor by the Trinity Theological Seminary of South Florida in Pompano Beach, FL.  She holds a number of leadership roles in various nonprofit, civic, and professional nursing associations/organizations. Also, Dr. Delica has received a number of awards for her dedication to public service.  Presently, she is your Ms. Haiti Excellence 2020. Last year, she was Ms. Heart of Florida Plus America 2019. In the past, she has won several local, state, and national titles as a beauty queen. Lastly, she has won many oratorical competitions.  Dr. Delica is a proud graduate of Blanche Ely High School, the University of Florida, and the University of Miami. Currently, she is pursuing a graduate degree in nursing.
